Answer prospect & customer emails immediately. Then take the time to source the answers for the response.
This also counts for any teams working remotely. Make sure you set the terms of service/response with each other. Especially when you are in different timezones.
You may work in sync. You may work async. But you should have some sort of communication agreement that works.
